I-85 SOUTH / I-40 WEST FROM BURLINGTON: I-40 West to Greensboro take Exit 218-B which is Freeman Mill Road. Go 1/4 mile and turn left on Coliseum Boulevard. Two miles to the Complex on your left.

I-85 NORTH FROM CHARLOTTE: I-85 North from Charlotte, take Exit 120 toward I-40 West and Business 85 North. DO NOT TAKE I-40 East. Continue to Exit 35-B which is Highway 220 North. This is a cloverleaf exit. Proceed 2 miles and turn left on Coliseum Boulevard. 1.5 miles to the Coliseum on your left. Turn left onto Ellington Street and right into the main entrance.

I-40 EAST FROM WINSTON-SALEM: I-40 East to Greensboro take Exit 216 – Patterson Street and continue straight ahead for 2 miles to the Complex.
